Dorsey Discount Services' dental plan provides a win-win situation
for both the dentist and the patient. If the dentist is not 100%
booked, the practice wins because we're providing him a patient in an
otherwise empty chair. The patient wins because we've negotiated
with the dentist to provide good quality dentistry at a significant
discount.
Within a week to ten days from the time we receive your enrollment
form and payment, you receive an ID card in the mail. Once you
receive your ID card:
- Select and call any dentist or specialist from our list of
providers.
- State your name and Dorsey Discount Services' member ID number.
- Arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment.
- If you must cancel your appointment, call 24 hours in advance to
avoid a broken appointment charge.
- Pay the discounted dental charges at time of treatment.

Como usar su Plan Dental
- Elija su Dentista de la lista anexa y llámale.
